About Ross

Ross Woolgrove is a Professional Boxing and MMA Coach based in Paphos, Cyprus. The English Coach started his career as a Coach in Essex 15 years ago. The Former Boxer continued Boxing after leaving the Army and has gone on to be a very highly regarded Coach on the professional Boxing/MMA scene as well as a hand wrapper/cutman and Personel Trainer.

Ross has trained alongside all levels of boxers from amateurs to World Champions Boxing on Sky Sports, Television Celebrities, and Elite Units in the British Army.  The Paphos-based Trainer continues to train top-level athletes and newcomers alike to exercise and Fitness in local areas. To add to his successful career, he has also nominations for the ITV hero award and Pride of Britain.
