Training with Unbeaten Boxer Ishmael “BP” Davis

This week, we’re excited to have Ishmael “BP” Davis, an exceptionally talented and unbeaten Matchroom boxer with a 13-0 record, training with us. We pushed through 14 intense rounds in the gym, battling the 36-degree heat without air conditioning. Next up—sprints!
